Nicholas Machin, known to everyone as Colacho, was born in Lanzarote at a time when tourism was just a word and Playa Blanca was a sleepy fishing village.
At a very young age he started to work in the restaurant Casa Salvador from where his dedication soon became his vocation. It wasn´t long before Colacho learned the mysteries of the kitchen submerging himself in its secrets, always in pursuit of what was necessary to develop his own concepts of gastronomic cuisine.
Colacho has now realized the dream of his life, to have his own restaurant, a place where he can create and work freely.
